1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "rvp4", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the rvp4 online gaming platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.
• "You", "Your", "Player", "Member" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses rvp4 services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a player on the rvp4 platform.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to comply with international anti-money laundering regulations.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To register an account and use rvp4 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rvp4 strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming activities is illegal or restricted by applicable law.

2.2 Account Creation

When creating an account on rvp4, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID (KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and phone number.
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Create only one account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. If we discover that you have opened more than one account, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any bets or bonuses associated with them.
• Keep your username and password confidential and not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Notify rvp4 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

To comply with international regulatory standards and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, rvp4 requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You agree to:

• Provide valid identification documents when requested, including a clear copy of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID.
• Allow rvp4 up to 24 business hours to review and verify your submitted documents.
• Acknowledge that rvp4 may request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, payment method ownership, or compliance with these terms.
• Understand that failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

rvp4 accepts deposits via Indonesian local banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. When making deposits, you agree that:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• The maximum deposit amount per transaction is Rp 100.000.000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah) for major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and Rp 50.000.000 for other supported banks.
• You are the rightful owner of the funds deposited and that the payment method used is registered in your own name.
• rvp4 reserves the right to reject deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly for major Indonesian banks during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB). Off-peak deposits may take up to 30 minutes.
• rvp4 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank may impose its own transaction fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your available balance (funds not subject to bonus wagering requirements or pending bets) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 100.000.000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah).
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in your own name matching the name on your verified rvp4 account.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB), up to 6 hours during off-peak hours, and up to 24 hours on weekends and Indonesian public holidays.
• rvp4 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals, which may extend processing time to up to 72 hours.
• You must wager at least 1x (one times) your deposit amount before you can withdraw funds. This anti-money laundering requirement prevents rvp4 from being used as a money transfer service.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

rvp4 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to:

• Report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Request additional documentation to verify the source of funds.
• Freeze or close accounts suspected of being involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Reverse transactions, void bets, and withhold funds pending investigation if we suspect terms violations or illegal activity.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

rvp4 offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the following general terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each bonus offer (typically ranging from 15x to 40x the bonus amount).
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of activation, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, sports betting contributes 100%, and certain excluded games contribute 0%.
• The maximum bet while a bonus is active is Rp 25.000 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah) per round or per sports bet. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn themselves; only the winnings generated from bonus wagering can be withdrawn after meeting wagering requirements.
• rvp4 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, placing opposing bets, or using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

Players are generally limited to one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted in the promotional terms. rvp4 reserves the right to exclude players from bonuses or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 Sports Betting

When placing sports bets on rvp4, the following rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and will not change even if market odds subsequently change.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void and stakes returned unless the event is resumed and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis). Results displayed on third-party live score services are for reference only.
• In the event of a clear error in odds (palpable error), rvp4 reserves the right to void affected bets. Examples include odds displayed as 100.00 when the correct odds should be 1.10, or markets remaining open after an event has already finished.
• Maximum payout per bet slip is Rp 500.000.000 (five hundred million Rupiah). Winnings exceeding this amount will be paid at the maximum limit.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer) offered on rvp4 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated by trained dealers. You acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term statistical averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual sessions may vary significantly.
• rvp4 does not guarantee wins and is not responsible for gambling losses.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, use bots or automated betting systems, or engage in collusion with other players will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

5.3 Lottery and Togel Games

For lottery-style games including togel (Indonesian numbers lottery), the following terms apply:

• Results are based on official draws from the relevant lottery operators (Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK, etc.).
• rvp4 is not the operator of these lotteries but provides a betting platform based on official results.
• Bets must be placed before the official draw cut-off time. Late bets will not be accepted.
• Settlement is based on the official result as published by the lottery operator. In the rare event of a disputed or voided draw, all bets on that draw will be void and stakes returned.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

rvp4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We strongly encourage all members to gamble responsibly and within their means. You acknowledge that:

• Gambling should be viewed as entertainment, not as a way to make money or solve financial problems.
• You are responsible for managing your own gambling behavior and setting personal limits.
• rvp4 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools can be activated through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
• If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, you should immediately activate self-exclusion and seek help from professional gambling support organizations.
• During any self-exclusion period, you are prohibited from creating new accounts or attempting to circumvent the exclusion. Any accounts created during exclusion will be closed and funds forfeited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rvp4 and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Identity Theft: Using false information, stolen identity documents, or payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses through risk-free betting strategies, multiple accounts, or collusion.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or sports betting.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or software to place bets automatically.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between rvp4 and other platforms to guarantee profit.
• Money Laundering: Using rvp4 to launder funds obtained through illegal activities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes for legitimate deposits.
• Hacking or Exploiting: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to rvp4 systems or exploit technical vulnerabilities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the rvp4 website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of rvp4 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any rvp4 content without prior written permission.
• Use the rvp4 brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or games provided by rvp4.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rvp4 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of rvp4 services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services due to technical issues, maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any errors in game results caused by third-party providers, provided that rvp4 acts in good faith to correct errors when they are discovered.
• Any losses incurred due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any taxes or legal consequences arising from your gambling activities in your jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that you gamble at your own risk and that rvp4 provides gaming services "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding rvp4 services, you agree to:

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which rvp4 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of rvp4 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by country and region, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of rvp4 services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. If online gambling is illegal in your location, you must not use rvp4 services.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

rvp4 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will:

• Notify registered users via email or account notification of material changes.
• Provide reasonable notice (typically 14 days) before material changes take effect.

Your continued use of rvp4 services after changes are implemented constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using rvp4 services and close your account.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. rvp4 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You fail to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive (no login or betting activity) for more than 24 consecutive months, in which case we may charge an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month and close the account if the balance reaches zero.

Upon account closure, you must immediately cease using rvp4 services. Any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements or investigations.
